Project Summary:
EverArk is a modern cemetery management and digital memorial platform designed to bring legacy infrastructure into the digital age. I contributed to the platform’s redesign and front-end development, focusing on crafting intuitive, responsive interfaces for cemetery staff and families. The platform combines real-time plot inventory, a lead management dashboard, and GPS-enabled digital memorials, all within a streamlined experience.

My role involved designing key user flows for inventory management, interactive plot selection, and family onboarding. I also helped implement responsive React components, integrated map-based visualizations for plot browsing, and refined the UI to support emotionally sensitive, yet efficient interactions. The result is a tool that not only enhances operational efficiency for cemeteries but also creates space for meaningful digital remembrance.
The Challenge:
Cemeteries relied on outdated paper records for inventory and plot tracking which was a cumbersome, error-prone process. Needed a modern, centralized platform enabling real-time updates, sales visibility, digital memorials, and GPS-based visitor experiences 
Key Improvements:
Map-based plot selector with live availability and satellite imagery.
Pipeline and performance dashboard for sales tracking and leads.
Interactive legacy tools with mobile alerts and content archiving.
E-commerce integration for online plot sales and automated invoicing.
Responsive overhaul ensuring consistent accessibility across devices.

    My Contributions:
    Interactive Mapping Interface:
    Built a live inventory map overlaying satellite imagery to boost plot selection accuracy and donor confidence.
    Sales Dashboard & Pipeline:
    Developed a tracking dashboard displaying user leads, statuses, notifications, and sales flow; ensuring no follow-ups slip through.
    Legacy & Memorial Management Features:
    Integrated modules where families can upload content (photos, obituaries, trees) tied to GPS-enabled notifications in the field.
    Responsive UI + Onboarding:
    Implemented intuitive React-based controls for desk and mobile. Designed a guided onboarding walkthrough facilitating easier adoption and training.
    Outcome:
    This design strategy acted as a live case study in revitalizing a legacy brand site for the modern web. It strengthened my skills in large-scale UX audits, responsive layout planning, and structuring UI systems that align business goals with user needs, especially in corporate, information-heavy environments.
